Ronicka brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in education, business, and non-profit management, with expertise in leadership and leadership development. She serves as CEO of Winning on the Road an executive coaching and consulting firm committed to the growth and development of women leaders, particularly Black women, and Women of Color. Ronicka travels the country as a speaker, panelist, and coalition builder. Dr. Briscoe is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and MBTI trainer.
